We had a washer overflow and it cupped our hardwood floors! After PowerDry they look new again. Took only 4 days to resolve! Great service and staff.Especially Dan W - Braden - Tim - Brett W

PJ and his team did an amazing job at cleaning up the water dripping from my ceiling. They were courteous, professional, and very timely at getting the job done. PJ went the extra mile coming out late and staying until we could identify why the leak was happening so we could find the best solution to fix it. I appreciate everyone at the Power Dry team.

Power Dry was super responsive and efficient. The crew was courteous of the space and our situation. They are certainly worth the money for the work they do throughout the entire mitigation process.

I was pleasantly surprised . I truly appreciated how upfront Rod Bella was and truly appreciated how he explained everything out to me with filing my claim with my insurance, he truly did not have do. I also really appreciated the power dry team that came to my home apologies their names escape me but it was a father and son duo.thank you everyone

Team came out within a couple of hours of being called. Opened up the ceiling quickly, set up equipment and was done within an hour and a half.

Once the plumber got the busted pipe under control, he explained that we needed to get a drying company in to prevent mold. He said that he knows a great company with great rates. He then called Power Dry and within an hour a team showed up. Having never going through this experience before PJ took the time to explain in detail the process of how all the equipment works, what they do and what to expect while the walls, floors and insulation drys. He even explained how and what to do to get a claim started through the insurance. While this was all going on the Crew Chief Latrell and Technician Taylor was getting all the equipment set up. Once completed, Patrolling explained how the phone (that they leave) monitors everything and explains how to read it, so we can monitor the drying process as well. They were very patient answering all our questions and concerns.After 3 days, Brett W came to double check that everything was in fact dry. He then removed all of the equipment and again answered all of my questions.This is an amazing team and the service and professionalism that they provide is outstanding.

I had a sump pump failure that was noticed a couple days after it occurred. Dan came out immediately and his crew, Mike and Ethan, got set up that same day. Everyone was incredibly kind. Dan walked me through the whole process, what to expect moving forward, and advised me how to communicate with insurance. He was amazing. Mike and Ethan set up the equipment. They were quick and efficient, and even took some time to give some love to my dog. They made sure to be careful of my other walls and floors and really went above and beyond. I am so grateful to them and so thankful. They really made a horrible situation feel manageable. I have a small basement so it was a smaller job but everyone made me feel like the top priority. I really appreciated that. I’m very thankful.

We had a sump pump failure that partially flooded the basement. Baseboards were removed and some carpet peeled back to remove padding. Then drying equipment was put in place.I really liked the approach of drilling small holes where the baseboard was and blowing dry air into the walls. (See pictures)This was as opposed to the idea from ServPro to cut away the walls at least up 2 feet!Drying equipment was in place for 5 days and after a while we got used to the sound of the blowers. Equipment was quickly removed when the drying was completed.We were given a contractor recommendation to make necessary repair to the walls and carpet and are now waiting for that.Based on our experience I would recommend Power Dry if the need arises. Their representative came out promptly after a phone call, made an evaluation and gave us a thorough explanation. So we had the drying equipment installed following that meeting.
